Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Support data analysis to identify trends and insights for stakeholders.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and business units.
• Participate in testing and validation of system changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred:

• Internship or academic project experience in data analysis or business analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL or reporting tools is a plus.
