Position Description and Job Skill Set
Description of the job functions the contractor will be expected to perform.
This position is a functional analyst support role on the SAP Employee Central Payroll Functional Team. The selected person will support implementation and post go-live support efforts. This role will likely include the following duties:
- Participate in payroll comparison analysis; determine reasons for discrepancies between results of legacy system and Employee Central Payroll system
- Conduct & participate in on-site end user training by assisting students with exercises and taking notes of questions/parking lot items
- Participate in post go-live end user support
- Test solutions to defects
- Assisting team with any other related duties
Required Skills/Experience

- The applicant must have experience with payroll as a user or a systems analyst.
- Has strong organizational skills

- Has excellent communication skills (diplomatic, persuasive, respectful, and clear)

Provide any skills/experience that would be helpful for the candidate to possess but not required. Examples: Previous supervisory experience, WebLogic experience helpful, etc.
