One projects must be the leader for all technical activities in a large scale (major metropolitan area or statewide geographic area) and responsibilities must include technical organization and oversight of work and demonstrated excellence in communications with team, project manager, and customer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Experience in working with different services including 5G NR, Massive MIMO, mmWave, LAA (License Assisted Access), 4G LTE, IOT, CBRS and\/or multi-vendor Design<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Extensive experience in planning tools such as Planet EV and Atoll<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Minimum eight (6) years of RF engineering experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:var(--ast-global-color-1)\" class=\"has-inline-color\">\u2022<strong>Past experience with creating\u00a0AT&amp;T RFDS is required.<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:var(--ast-global-color-1)\" class=\"has-inline-color\">\u2022<strong>Experience with\u00a0Atoll is required.<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Experience with Microsoft Visio is preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Minimum 4 years of recent experience in radio network design Additional skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Proficient with MS Office<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Flexibility of extensive travel within the US<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Ability to operate with high degree of independence, while managing project and customer expectations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Ability to coordinate activities with various Ericsson departments, divisions and companies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Ability to identify and interpret customer requirements, and develop plans to address them<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Start Date: Feb 9 Duration: 36 months Location: Remote within United States and need to be available to work in Central Time.
