Key Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Responsible for overall solution and RF design including LTE & NR<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Well versed with iBwave to be able to deliver indoor designs with Ericsson products- including building 3D model, product placement, cabling, labeling, baseband dimensioning etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience with Ericsson RAN products, design with Passive DAS and RDS systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience with design indoor venues of different sizes and types (business office, hospitals, warehouse, factory, stadiums etc)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Understand Site Surveys and the Construction process<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Understand sectorization, SINR and Macro interference<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Familiarity with Ericsson and third-party products to generate BOMs for deployment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Consultative with an ability to communicate clearly and manage the customer requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Leads delivery for several customer accounts, regions, and markets<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Significant customer interaction to build scopes; and ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and results<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Leads remote engineering teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Qualifications:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 6-8 years of experience in RF, 3 years of experience with inbuilding deployments<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Expert with iBwave<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Demonstrated ability with BSEE\/BSCS or applicable experience. MSEE\/MSCS preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n
